What data we collect
Through the AI chat on this site we collect only what you share yourself: your name, a contact (Telegram, WhatsApp or phone) and a description of your task. Standard request data (IP address — for abuse protection) is also processed technically.
Why we use it
The only purpose is to process your request and contact you about the project. We do not share data with third parties for advertising and we do not send spam.
How chat messages are processed
The dialog is processed by a language model via the Anthropic (Claude) API to assemble a brief. The finished brief is delivered to the BY Solution team in a protected internal Telegram channel.
Data controller and legal basis
The data controller is BY Solution (Astana, Kazakhstan). The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you send a message in the chat. Data is not sold or shared with third parties except the services listed above, which are required to process your request.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only technically necessary cookies. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika may be used to improve the site (anonymized visit statistics and analytics cookies). You can limit them in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data — message us on Telegram and we will remove the conversation and contacts from our systems.
